1. Introduction and acceptance

2. Eligibility and registration

Opening multiple accounts breaks our rules and can lead to all accounts being suspended and any winnings forfeited. When you register, you must provide accurate and truthful identity details. We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
3. Account security
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Your login details must be kept private and never shared with anyone else. Bonus abuse, including bonus hunting and the use of multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. Spinsy Casino reserves the right to void a bonus and any related winnings if its terms are breached. Bonus funds and real money can't be wagered at the same time unless stated otherwise.

7. Account closure
You can request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be completed and any wagering requirements met. 8. Limitation of liability
